The process at a glance
Read about the process of setting up your appointment and find out how it works.
No computer necessary your phone is all you need.
- Call or email for an appointment or talk to the school nurse at your location.
- Fill out the registration form through your phone or computer if available.
- Wait for the meeting link within 15 minutes of your appointment.
- Before the appointment the school nurse will bring your child into the nurse’s office and send you the meeting link so you can attend the appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Some people have felt that a doctor can not properly examine a patient using a video. However, We can examine our patients very similarly to having them in our pediatric clinic. We will take temperatures and discuss symptoms. The provider will ask a series of questions to determine whether lab work needs to be ordered or if a prescription needs to be ordered.
Recently, there are government efforts to expand on access to telehealth and telemedicine because of COVID 19. This means that the government started to push all private insurances, as well as Medicaid, to financially cover telehealth and telemedicine visits.
Please call our office or send us a message to get more information about this. Insurance co-pays vary but we offer payment plans, and, what’s more, we work with all of our families to make sure that they put their health foot forward.

We try to accommodate same day appointments, depending on slot availability and urgency of the medical attention required.
Telemedicine does provide you a level of care equivalent to walking into your doctors office; with the added benefit of remote care.

Our Services
What We DoAt Marin Telehealth we offer primary and continuing medical care for newborns, children, teens and adults.
We accept all insurance carriers including New Mexico Medicaid. If your child does not have insurance it’s not a problem, our telehealth consultations start at $75.00 per child.
